A message from the Trustees: Greetings all, The trustees have been monitoring the condition of our oldest concrete parking lot and sidewalk for several years now. We would like to begin a phased replacement project to address the deterioration of the concrete and ensure the safety and usability of these areas. The project is divided into four phases, with the first phase scheduled to begin in the spring of 2025. We plan to tackle one phase at a time over the next 4–5 years to minimize disruption and manage costs. As we remove the existing concrete, we may also need to replace or repair some of the storm catch basins, dig in additional downspout pipe, and possibly replace some of the subgrade under the existing concrete. Depending on what we all encounter, we anticipate a budget of around $110,000 per phase over the next 4-5 years. A drawing illustrating the phases will be posted on the bulletin board for your review and is also available by clicking here . Please feel free to ask any of the trustees if you have any questions or concerns after reviewing the drawing. We plan to pass out ballots today to ask for your support to move forward with this phased project. Please have your ballots turned back in by Sunday June 1. The box is set up in the dining room lobby. We encourage anyone with any questions or concerns about this project to talk with any one of the trustee brothers.
