It is time to plan for our Labor Day Invite-A-Family weekend. Thank you to all who are already participating! There is a sign up on the bulletin board if you would like to join for the Labor Day weekend, even if you did not sign up in the spring. A testimony is scheduled for this coming Saturday evening at 7:00 PM for Tyler Hill. Elder Bro. Todd Graf (Akron) plans to be with us for the testimony on Saturday evening and the baptisms on Sunday. A meal is planned on Sunday afternoon for Tyler and his family and all are invited. A sign-up sheet for kitchen help and food donations is posted on the bulletin board. 

The Single Group invites all local churches for a singing with their guests Sunday, Aug 31, at 7:00 PM here at the church as part of their Labor Day invite. A snack will be served afterwards in the lunchroom. 

The Apostolic Christian Village is excited to announce that several donors have stepped forward to offer a match for the next $270,000 in donations given towards the Aspen Square building campaign. Your generosity has helped to get us up and running with under $1M of debt on a $10M project, and we're hoping to continue to close that gap with this matching opportunity. Donations towards the Aspen Square project will be matched until the match is met or through the end of this calendar year, whichever comes first. At some point in the future, we may take a special collection but, in the meanwhile, donations can be given directly to the Apostolic Christian Village or through the church Nursing Home box. As always, your ongoing support is greatly appreciated. 

The Toledo Congregation would like to invite students who will be attending school in the Toledo area, and their families for a picnic after church on September 14 at 4:00 PM. Details for this event will be posted on the bulletin board in the lobby. 

The third annual Grafted Gathering — an adoption and foster families support day — will be held Saturday, September 20 at the Forrest Apostolic Christian Church.
